MARTELL'S SEA BREEZE DINNER MENU

Below are the dining specialties chosen especially for our Sea Breeze Dinner menu. This menu is available when dining within our Martell's Sea Breeze restaurant. Enjoy!!

Appetizers

Colossal Shrimp Cocktail
Fresh sweet shrimp cooked daily, served chilled with our zesty Cocktail sauce and lemon.

Maryland Crab Cake
A homemade pan-seared crab cake made with fresh Maryland lump crabmeat and house seasonings. Served with a horseradish remoulade sauce and lemon.

Mozzarella Sticks
Mozzarella cheese lightly breaded then fried to a golden brown. Served with marinara sauce.

Steamed Clams
One dozen fresh little neck clams steamed with butter, garlic and Old Bay seasoning.  2 Dozen

Shrimp Tempura
Thailand shrimp battered in a rice flour, quickly fried and served with a sweet oriental sauce.

Oysters on Ice
Cold water oysters opened to the order. Served chilled with a zesty cocktail sauce and lemon.
Recommended Drink: Vodka Martini

Malibu Coconut Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp breaded with coconut, quickly fried and served with a raspberry dipping sauce.

Mozzarella-N-Tomato Tower
Fresh sliced tomatoes marinated and stacked with fresh mozzarella cheese, nested on a bed of baby lettuce and drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Lobster Ravioli
Lobster and ricotta cheese filled ravioli, simmered in a blush vodka cream sauce.

Clams Casino
Little neck clams filled with our pepper, onion and bacon stuffing. Baked with white wine and butter.

Clams on the Half Shell
Half dozen chilled littleneck clams opened to order. Served on ice with zesty cocktail sauce and lemon.

Oysters Rockefeller
Fresh Oysters on the half shell topped with spinach, cream, butter and bread crumbs, then baked Augratin style. Served over rock salt.

Salads -n- Sushi

House Salad
A wedge of iceberg lettuce served with grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, and a diced egg or feta cheese. 

Tuna ~ n ~ Cucumber
Seared Yellow Fin Tuna Julianne tossed with seasoning and ginger. Nested on sliced cucumber, served with yeriyaki and Wasabi sauces and dusted with toasted sesame seeds.

Caesar Salad
California romaine lettuce chopped and tossed with romano cheese, our creamy caesar dressing and garlic croutons.

Tuna Tempura Roll
Sushi grade Ahi tuna hand wrapped with Japanese rice and seaweed, then quickly fried in a tempura batter. Served with a Japanese dipping sauce.

Soups By The Crock

Onion Soup
A rich onion and beef broth soup served with a parmesan Crouton and melted mozzarella cheese.

Shrimp Bisque
A special blend of sherry wine, shrimp stock and seasonings finished with cream.

Martell's Clam Chowder
Manhattan style chowder made with fresh vegetables, potatoes and corn.

Chicken Alissa
Grilled chicken breast topped with fresh asparagus, roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella cheese, drizzled with a balsamic demi-glaze sauce.

Penne Alla Vodka Sauce
Penne pasta served in our blush vodka cream sauce with romanao cheese.

Chicken Parmigiana
Breast of chicken breaded with Italian seasoned bread crumbs, quickly fried and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served over linguine.

Lobster Ravioli
Lobster and ricotta cheese filled ravioli, simmered in a blush vodka cream sauce.

All entrees without pasta are served with your choice of baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes or an orange-herb rice and home-baked bread.

Maryland Crab Cakes
Homemade pan seared crab cakes made with fresh Maryland crabmeat and house seasonings. Served with a horseradish remoulade sauce and lemon.

Seared Grouper Filet, lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Nested on a bed of oven roasted vegetables, topped with a mango-pineapple chutney.

Jumbo shrimp sautéed with garlic in a white wine, lemon and butter sauce. Served over linguine with lemon.

Mandarin Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon filet grilled and nested on a bed of fresh Steamed garden vegetables, then drizzled with a mandarin orange glaze.

Broiled Shrimp-N-Crabmeat
Shrimp broiled in butter, paired with broiled Maryland jumbo lump crabmeat, dusted with Old Bay seasoning. Served with lemon and drawn butter.

Hand-Breaded Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp lightly dusted with bread crumbs for a natural taste. Cooked to a golden brown.

Fruits of the Sea
A medley of fresh tender sea scallops, shrimp, half of a lobster, mussels and clams simmered in our scampi sauce. Served over linguine.

Seafood Jambalaya
Sautéed lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams and New Zealand mussels with Sweet peppers, tomatoes and spicy Andouille sausage over rice.

10-oz. Brazilian Lobster Tail
A 10-oz. Brazilian lobster tail broiled with lemon, white wine, butter and Old Bay seasoning. Served with lemon, cocktail sauce and drawn butter.

Alaskan Crab Legs
1 ¼ pounds of sweet Alaskan snow crab legs, steamed and seasoned to a perfection. Served with fresh lemon and drawn butter.

Tender white shrimp paired with sweet sea scallops sautéed in a garlic white wine and butter sauce. Served over linguine.

Fresh Ahi Tuna pan seared with sesame seeds or black pepper. Served rare, medium, or well with sticky rice, soy sauce, ginger and wasabi.

Blackened Tilapia
Tilapia filet seasoned in a cajunn spice, seared blackened style, served with a bleak bean rice and topped with a tomato salsa.

Tuna Misto
Grilled sushi grade Ahi tuna lightly brushed with a teriyaki glaze, topped with jumbo lump crabmeat. Served with a roasted corn and pineapple salsa, ginger and wasabi.

Crab Crusted Halibut
Northern Pacific Halibut broiled to perfection with a seasoned jumbo lump crabmeat crust. Served with lemon.

A blend of jumbo shrimp and Maryland jumbo lump crabmeat, sautéed with our garlic scampi sauce and served over linguine.

Baby Back Ribs
A full rack of baby back ribs braised until almost falling off the bone. Basted with bbq sauce.

Fresh broccoli, baby spinach and roasted red peppers, seasoned and steamed.
